A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any vehicle or service booking. In case of cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee applies. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before pickup, the full rental amount remains payable. For cancellations made during the rental period, the total rental will still be due in full, or a credit note may be issued.
